Laser Maze is located on the ground floor and has its own on-site car park. Entry is through manually operated double doors. If you would like assistance entering the building, please call us on 01933 441 300.

Inside the arena, there are several raised ramps that may not be suitable for all types of wheelchairs. We recommend bringing a non-playing guest to assist you if needed.

Please note that the venue features flashing lights, low lighting, and smoke effects, which may present challenges for guests with visual impairments or light sensitivity.

SEN Laser Tag Sessions

Lower level music, limited numbers and exclusively for SEN families. Parents and carers are welcome into the arena without charge or can watch the game from our viewing screens in main reception.

With adjustable options like lower volume music, limited number of players, reduced effect lighting,
