Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all the information displayed on the web site, Laser Maze cannot accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to vary, amend or change any of the information featured on this web site, at any time should any such alterations be necessary. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Bookings are not exclusive; every game session is open to members of the public. Unless booking one of our Private Hire Locking Packages. If you require an exclusive booking please call us/email us to discuss your requirements.

1.2 Only players booked in advance are guaranteed. We ask that you confirm final numbers with us three working days before the date of the booking.

1.3 All Players must be age 6 or older and above 1.1 metres in height in order to play laser tag here at Laser Maze. Any players under the age or height restrictions will unfortunately be unable to play. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

1.4 No external food or drinks are to be consumed on the premises with the exception of birthday cakes, cupcakes, or other baked goods for the purpose of celebrations. For the safety of all our guests, we cannot permit external foods containing known allergens (such as nuts) that could pose a risk to other customers with severe allergies. We reserve the right to refuse entry of such items

1.5 While we allow birthday cakes, cupcakes, or other baked goods onto the premises, we must be able to accurately identify all the ingredients in these products. If we are unable to verify the ingredients or confirm there are no potential allergens, we reserve the right to refuse entry of the items in question. For the safety of all guests with allergies, the person bringing the cake is responsible for informing Laser Maze Staff and their party members of the cake's ingredients and for managing any related allergy risks within their group.

 1.6 We aim to start our games promptly. If you arrive late for your booking, no refund or discounts are applicable and we may have to restructure your session with us.

1.7 Laser maze reserves the right to change the game types or game times, game sessions and game rules at any time.

1.8 Laser Maze reserves the right to change opening hours or close the facility for maintenance, private events, or other reasons. Laser Maze will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any changes in advance.

1.9 Deposits once taken to secure your booking with us are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of sessions available, and the cost of lost business when a session is cancelled. If for whatever reason you need to cancel a booking with us we can transfer your deposit to a new booking.

1.10 Game vouchers are valid for the time period shown on the voucher. Expired vouchers may not be accepted for use. Vouchers cannot be used with other deals or discounts. Laser Maze activity vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Laser Maze may change or stop any voucher program at any time.

1.11 Players must abide by Laser Maze arena rules and all instructions by Laser Maze staff. All players will receive a safety briefing before their first game and failure to comply with instructions may result in a termination or removal from the arena. No refund will be applicable if this happens. 

1.12 Spectators are required to adhere to all arena rules, follow staff instructions, and refrain from any actions that may interfere with staff operations or the enjoyment and safety of other customers.

1.13 Players are responsible for any damage caused to Laser Maze equipment due to misuse or negligence. Players may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

1.14 Aggression and violence directed towards Laser Maze staff members or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave, reported to the police, banned from the centre and no refunds will be offered.

1.15 Laser Maze is strictly drug and alcohol free site. Any person found to be in breach of this will be asked to leave, refused entry with no refund given of any payments. 

1.16 You play at your own risk, by entering the arena, you acknowledge and agree that you are physically fit to participate in the activities, which may be physically demanding. Laser Maze shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from your participation, including those arising from misadventure or failure to adhere to posted rules and staff instructions.

Players with any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, epilepsy, or back problems) may need to consult a doctor before participating. By playing you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to play. 1.17 You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings. Secure lockers are available for your use, but Laser Maze assumes no liability for any loss or damage to items, whether stored in the lockers or carried on your person. We strongly advise customers to leave high value items at home. Laser Maze is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

1.18 Laser Maze may take photographs or videos of participants during their session. These images are the property of Laser Maze and may be used for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and advertising. By participating in Laser Maze activities, you grant Laser Maze permission to use your image and likeness for these purposes. For any participant under the age of 16, this permission is granted by their parent or legal guardian. If you or your child do not wish to have your image used, please inform a staff member before your session. Laser Maze will always notify participants before any action is taken.

1.19 Laser Maze collects and processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on our website. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the privacy policy.

1.20 Users are expected to use arcade machines in a responsible and respectful manner. Any misuse, abuse, or intentional damage to the machines will result in immediate termination of play and may incur charges for repair or replacement.

1.21 In the event of a game malfunction, please notify a staff member immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the malfunction prevents you from completing your game, we may offer a refund, credit or alternative prize at our discretion. Prizes are subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.
